Alva Beauty Collective’s Chula Vista campus is designed for students who want to focus on building barbering skills. This is technique-first training built for students who want real progress, not busy work. Located on Broadway, our campus is dedicated to technique-first training, with classroom time focused on teaching you to use your hands. Learn theory at home, then come to Chula Vista to develop your skills in detail work and service habits that keep clients coming back. Schedule a tour to see the space, ask questions about our Barber Program, and get clear answers to how to take the next step toward barber training.
No. Our Chula Vista campus is used for training and instruction only, and does not function as a salon open to the public. If you’d like to use our student salon services, contact our team at the main Lemon Grove campus. All services are performed by students under the supervision of licensed professionals.
Student kits and supplies are issued in the second week of class. During the first week, you’ll receive a guide and homework packet that you’ll need to complete. The student kit includes all the materials you need to complete the course. If you’d like to know what’s in the kit, talk to our admissions team for a complete list.
